• You receive an incorrect size or product due to an error on our part.

Please provide supporting photos or videos so our team can review your request.

3. Items That May Not Be Eligible

Except where a remedy is required by applicable law, returns or exchanges may not be accepted in the following situations:

• The product has been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.
• The product has stains, perfume smells or other signs of use.
• The request is based solely on a change of mind or a preference that differs from the product description and images.
• The request is submitted after the stated request period without an applicable exception.

These conditions do not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

4. Size and Colour Differences

Please review the size guide and product details carefully before ordering. Minor colour variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting and photography. If the item received differs materially from the product ordered or described, please contact us for assistance.

5. Return and Exchange Process

To request a return or exchange:

• Contact us within the applicable request period.
• Provide your order number, phone number and a description of the issue.
• Send clear photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective or incorrect.
• Wait for our team to review your request and provide return or exchange instructions.
• Do not send an item back before receiving instructions from our team.

6. Refund Eligibility

If a return is approved and a refund is appropriate, we will explain the available refund method and any necessary steps. Refunds may be issued for eligible cases such as incorrect, damaged or defective products, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the order.

If an order cannot be fulfilled or another situation requires a refund under applicable law, we will work with you to resolve it appropriately.

7. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, processing time may depend on the payment method and the relevant payment provider or financial institution. Our team will communicate the expected timeframe when confirming your refund.

8. Return Delivery Charges

If the return or exchange is necessary because we sent the wrong item or the product arrived damaged or defective, please contact us before returning it so we can explain the appropriate arrangements.

For other approved requests, responsibility for return delivery charges will be communicated before the return is arranged, subject to applicable law.

9. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation may not be possible once an order has been dispatched. This does not affect any cancellation or other rights provided by applicable law.

10. Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, please contact our team to discuss an approved refund or exchange. We will explain the available resolution and the information needed to process it.
